Finally, we're in the third trimester. I never thought it'd get here. Life is so crazy & so busy for Brett & I right now. We're both in the midst of heavy travel season in Admissions at A-B and Wesleyan. To make it even more hectic, now that Brett's the Head Men's Golf Coach, we're working with that travel as well. We like to keep things interesting! Golf is almost over & the WV tour for me is half way through. I'm soooo ready for October to be over. Then, I can breathe a little. With our crazy schedules, we're in & out of the house constantly, living out of duffle bags & suitcases, our neighbors must think we're nuts because at no point is one of us home for more than like 2 days & we're gone again. For example, I was in the Charleston/Huntington area this past Sunday-Friday while Brett was in Pennsylvania Tuesday-Friday. We finally came home and treated ourselves to dinner & movie for date night. 18 hours later, Brett's back out the door & on the road to Wheeling for the Regional Golf Tournament. Tomorrow, I'll be heading 2.5 hours south for recruiting.
The downside, we don't get to see each other very often. However, we've made the most of the time we do have together and are sure not to take a single second for granted. The plus side to this chaos, Kinsley is going to be RIGHT around the corner when it's all said & done. At that point we'll be putting it in high gear. Brett's going to paint her room, registries need to be finished, baby showers will be taking place & then, we wait for our Little Princess' arrival!
